The Fabulous Fox Hill RV Resort and Campground
We recently visited Fox Hill RV Resort while vacationing at the Wisconsin Dells. Fox Hill RV Resort and Campground is located in Baraboo, Wisconsin, less than 15 minutes from the Dells.
Disney’s Fort Wilderness is a vast campground located on 750 acres. There are 800 campsites and over 400 cabins on the property. The campsites are relatively close to each other, but Disney has done an excellent job of using various types of landscaping to provide more privacy. The sites are all on level concrete, making setup quick and easy. Some areas are more shaded than others.
Unfortunately, buying a gift for your favorite camper can be difficult. There are several essential items that every camper needs, but they probably already own that equipment. The trick is finding that perfect gift for your favorite RVer that will enhance their camping experience.
One of the most misunderstood pieces of camping equipment is the generator. Many campers choose to boondock when they are camping. Boondocking is camping without any water or electric hookups. Therefore, boondockers need an RV “generator” to provide electricity to their campers. Campers use two different types of generators: the inverter generator and the open frame generator. We would recommend that all campers use inverter generators.
